These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Serava (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Platform”), operated by Renes Trading LLC. By creating an account or using Serava, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Serava.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Serava.

If you are between 13 and 18, you may use Serava only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

Serava is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

You agree to use Serava only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the Platform.

• Misuse data, violate others’ rights, or attempt to compromise our security.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

Billing: Serava uses third-party providers (e.g., Stripe) for secure payment processing.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal. By subscribing, you consent to recurring charges until you cancel.

Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds unless required by law. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your billing cycle.

Serava uses AI and predictive models to generate insights.

These outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment, legal, or financial advice.

You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Serava is not liable for any gains or losses based on the use of AI outputs.

We process data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

We may use anonymized or aggregated data to improve the Platform and AI models.

We will never sell or share your identifiable data for advertising.

All content, software, and trademarks on Serava are owned by Renes Trading LLC.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Serava, Renes Trading LLC, its affiliates, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

Serava is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or absolute accuracy of outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serava is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Class-Action Waiver: You agree not to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Serava.

This section does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in court.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ends immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of Serava after updates constitutes acceptance.
